In consideration of our commitment to the community, we have a Foundation from which we provide assistance to those in need.  Our Foundation was started when we joined Windermere Real Estate in 1996.  At that time, we concentrated on helping children living in the areas in which we had offices, Scappoose, St. Helens, and Clatskanie who needed clothing and shoes.  Since then, we have expanded our support to several different organizations with most of our financing coming from our annual Masquerade Ball held in October of each year.  Many community organizations attend our event, supplying additional support.  We also receive donations from private individuals in the form of cash, auction items, or food for our event. With the community support from this fundraiser, combined with contributions from agents from each sale they make; we provide thousands of dollars each year to those in need in our community.  We have a charitable organization tax ID that we would be happy to provide to donors wishing to help with our charitable efforts.
